Sue Molyneux Principal

Sue Molyneux is a Senior Human Resources Consultant with a full range of expertise in all aspects of Human Resources including Compensation, Learning and Development, Career & Succession Planning, Policies and Procedures and Recruitment & Selection.

Ms. Molyneux works with companies to align the people side of a business with the goals and objectives of the organization. Her expertise includes designing executive compensation plans and organizational and change management strategies that result in increased retention, productivity, morale and ultimately shareholder value.

She has worked in a broad range of industries including start-up technology, manufacturing, financial services, consumer goods and services, energy management and construction and contracting.

Ms. Molyneux holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Sociology from University of Toronto along with a Certificate in Adult Education from St. Francis Xavier University.

 

Nicky Billou Associate

Nicky Billou focuses on building sales in organizations. He does this by training clients on how to be more effective cold callers and closers. Prior to joining SJS, Nicky was Director - Telecom and had global sales responsibilities for JAWZ, Inc. a leading Information Security Solutions Company. Nicky joined AT&T Canada in 1993, holding progressively responsible positions in Carrier Relations, Finance, and Alliance Partnerships / Complex Bids. Nicky served as Manager - Alliance programs, where he was responsible for working with a AT&T's alliance partners to tackle the newly deregulated Canadian toll-free / call center market.

Nicky consistently achieved over 300% of quota while at AT&T. Nicky graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in 1989, and graduated magna cumma laude with a Master's degree in International Relations from Georgetown University in 1991.

Felix Catrinoiu Associate

Felix is a Sun certified Java Programmer and System Administrator and an Oracle certified Database Programmer. He brings seven years of focused experience in the design and construction of Java and Oracle database applications. In addition, he has strong credentials in the design and implementation of web based systems. Felix hold a M.Sc. in computer science from the University of Craiova, Romania.
